I've read somewhere that to say you are not good at something say for example Japanese language, you use:
日本語は上手ではありません
but can I also use:
日本語は上手じゃありません
Is there anything wrong with this? What is the difference between the two?
For example, if I say マイクロソフト内のパートナーシップは強いです, is the 内 here read as うち or ない? Answer 「内」 in the form: 「Proper Noun + 内」 is always read 「ない...
